Sidis & Sons Construction is a family-owned residential builder based in Beverly Hills. Daniel Sidis broke ground on his first custom home in 1975. Fifty years later, the company is still run by the same family.

What we build

Custom single-family homes — Mediterranean, modern, and traditional — across the Los Angeles westside: Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, Mid-City West, Hollywood Hills. Multi-family developments. Ground-up residential builds and major remodels.

How we work

We take on a small number of projects each year. Each one is run by a family member from groundbreaking through punch list. We work with the same trades, structural engineers, and subcontractors we've used for decades — relationships measured in projects, not phone calls.

Many of the homes you'll see in our portfolio are still owned by the original families that commissioned them. We've remodeled houses our grandparents built. That's the kind of timeline we work on.

Licensing

California Contractor's License — Class B (General Building Contractor). Fully insured. Bonded. References available on request.
